Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne, IN Full-Time or Part-Time | On-Site | Indiana OT License Required Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne is hiring a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll help residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and achieve greater quality of life—all within a supportive, mission-driven care environment in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
