OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ONLY DAY SHIFTS AND CREATE YOUR OWN WORK SCHEDULE!! Looking for fun, high energy Bakery Manager who wants to join a fun ice cream concept at Sawgrass Mills Mall! We have brought The Baked Bear to Florida ( and couldn't be more excited to expand an amazing team!

• Prepare and mix cookies and brownies according to company's recipes and procedures
• Follow company recipes 100% with no deviations
• Bake cookies and brownies throughout the day
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers and other equipment to make cookies and brownies
• Operate ovens
• Keep work surfaces and equipment clean and sanitary
• Be efficient with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist with bakery training for new employees, according to company policies
• Assist with Catering Orders
• Open and Close the store, according to store policies
• Prepare orders for in-store customers
• Applies knowledge of food handling requirements
• Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test
• Ensures store is compliant with health regulations and standards at all times and follows safety procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended period of time
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
