Mechanic II

Position Details:
Location: Mease Dunedin Hospital - Dunedin, Florida
Status: Full-time
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
Days: Monday - Friday / Every 3 rd weekend
Responsibilities
Performs demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to primarily include Mechanical, Utilities and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.
Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.
May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines.
May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
Required - High School or Equivalent
Preferred: Technical
Licenses
- Required - FL Driver's License
Experience
Required: 5 years as a Service-Related Technician
Preferred: 3 Years Hospital Maintenance
Preferred: 1 year high-rise mechanical or utilities systems
Preferred: Fourth-Grade Stationary Engineer's License
