Overview Join our dynamic team as a Security Officer Recruiter and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent for security positions. This energetic role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, ensuring we recruit highly qualified security personnel who uphold our commitment to safety and excellence. As a Security Officer Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in talent management and recruitment strategies to build a strong security team that aligns with our organizational values and operational needs. Your enthusiasm and strategic mindset will help us meet high-volume hiring demands while maintaining compliance with employment laws and industry standards. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified security officer candidates through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing, and campus recruitment initiatives. Conduct full cycle recruiting processes, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills in areas such as negotiation, communication skills, and compliance with HR legal standards. Coordinate employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes for new hires. Maintain knowledge of employment & labor law related to talent acquisition to ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with legal requirements. Experience Proven experience in high-volume recruitment environments, preferably within security or technical recruiting fields. Strong background in external recruiting, internal recruiting, and campus recruitment strategies. Demonstrated ability in talent management and relationship management with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to cold call potential candidates and effectively market employment opportunities across social media platforms.
