Regional Sales Manager, Advanced Surgery - Ohio

About the Role As a Regional Sales Manager, you will represent Baxter’s Advanced Surgery portfolio, leading a dynamic team across Ohio, Pittsburgh PA, and West Virginia to achieve and exceed target budget. Key Responsibilities Lead regional team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Territory Business Managers (TBMs), and Associate Reps (ARs). Develop integrated regional business plans, including targeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Assist TBMs and SAMs in business‑planning processes for their territories. Provide quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership. Conduct weekly 4‑Discipline of Execution (4DX) calls with the region to share priorities and hold the team accountable. Spend field time with team to strategize, coach, train, and develop employees. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales‑management experience in medical device/healthcare space. Experience in an operating room environment. Valid driver’s license. Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to make strategic decisions and forecasts. Willingness to live within or relocate to the current geography. At least 50% travel required; may involve visits to remote or urban areas. Compensation and Benefits Estimated base salary: $144,000 to $198,000 annually, plus possible commission and long‑term incentive.
