Remote Occupational Therapist - California

NeuroPraxis is California's premiere in-home and community-based rehabilitation program for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries. Role Description NeuroPraxis is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Independent Contractor) to provide telehealth services. This role involves delivering home- and community-based therapy services to individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries. The Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with NeuroPraxis' interdisciplinary team to deliver goal-oriented, client-centered rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-person occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy services in home and community settingsli> Document services and progress in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support client goals Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care partners in Spanish and English Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Experience working with individuals with brain injury and/or spinal cord injury Ability to work independently as an independent contractor Experience in home-based or community-based therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required Why Join NeuroPraxis?
