Cataumet, MA. Yarmouth, MA. Marion, MA. Milton MA. Hingham MA. Plymouth MA. * Various client locations within our service area * Applicants who are willing to travel to nearby communities are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do: As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing compassionate, one-on-one care. Responsibilities include: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing. Dressing. Grooming. Toileting. Meal preparation. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment. Observe and report changes in clients' condition. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff. Promote each client's comfort, dignity, and independence. Qualifications: We're looking for caring, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others. Preferred qualifications include: At least 2 years of caregiving experience. Experience supporting clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus. Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and transfers. Strong communication skills and fluent in English. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Current auto insurance. Willingness to transport clients when needed. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
