WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Delivering precision men's cuts: fades, tapers, bald fades, classic cuts, and modern styles Straight razor shaves, beard detailing, and grooming services (ear, nose, & eyebrow waxing) Building genuine relationships with members who come back to see you specifically Contributing to a shop culture that other barbers and stylists want to be a part of Representing the Boardroom brand with your professional appearance, positive attitude, and craft

WHAT YOU NEED

Valid Texas Barber License or Texas Cosmetology License (required) Minimum 1 year of men's cutting experience, with strong fade and taper skills preferred A client-first mindset — you read the room, communicate well, and make every guest feel taken care of Professionalism in your appearance and demeanor, every shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods A team player who makes the shop better just by being in it Tired of the booth rent grind with an inconsistent book and zero benefits A skilled barber or stylist who wants guaranteed income without sacrificing earning potential Someone who takes their craft seriously and wants to be surrounded by others who do the same Looking for a long-term home at a brand that invests in its team Your best work deserves the best stage.
