Maintenance TechnicianHiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician!Starting Pay $28 - $35/hr (depending on experience)Shift Openings:Days (M-W 6am-6pm & Th 6am -11:30am)Nights (M-W 6pm-6am & Th 6pm - 11:30pm)Location: Randolph, WI AreaJob Duties and Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on facility and production equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systemsComplete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely mannerTroubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimeOperate and maintain hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instrumentsMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and toolsCoordinate with outside vendors and contractors as neededEnsure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policiesDocument maintenance activities and repair records accuratelyAssist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiencyEducation Requirements:High school diploma or GED requiredVocational training, technical schooling, or related maintenance certifications preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical trainingStrong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience preferredExperience working with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and facility systems preferredAbility to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical documents, and operating proceduresStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExperience with preventative and predictive maintenance programsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work ordersAbility to safely operate maintenance equipment and toolsAbility to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds as neededBenefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchShort-term and long-term disability coveragePaid time off and paid holidaysOvertime opportunities availableStable manufacturing environment with long-term career growth potentialSafety-focused workplace cultureConsistent schedule offering a 3.5-day weekend every week
