Travel Physical Therapist - $2,425 per week

Physical Therapist – Travel (Peoria, AZ) Zack Group is recruiting a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Peoria, Arizona. The position requires starting ASAP and involves 40 hours per week on 5 day, 8 hour shifts (06:00 – 14:00). Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to patients at the assigned facility, following established protocols and collaborating with the healthcare team. Work the scheduled 5x8 day shift from 06:00 to 14:00, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the contract. Requirements Current state or compact physical therapy license (active or pending). Minimum of 2 years of recent physical therapy experience. Current resume. Current basic life support (BLS) and/or specialty certifications for physical therapy. At least two current leadership references and one current colleague reference. Must pass a background check and urine drug screening. Flexibility to work 5 days a week, 8‑hour days.
