Gentiva Hospice

Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Join our team as a Hospice Volunteer and provide comfort, companionship, and support to patients and their families during a critical time.

As a hospice volunteer, you may:

Offer companionship through conversation, reading, or simply being present
Provide respite for caregivers
Assist with administrative tasks at the hospice office
Support bereavement programs
Make "Tuck-In-Calls" on a regular basis to ensure the patient has adequate supplies prior to the weekend or holiday
Light housekeeping (washing dishes, doing laundry, vacuuming)

No medical experience is required - just a compassionate heart and a willingness to help.
