You will work closely with traders and product stakeholders while remaining deeply involved in the architecture and code.What you'll work on:Low-latency, high-throughput EMS and Smart Order Router developmentIntelligent routing based on liquidity, execution quality, latency and costOrder-management and execution workflowsExchange and venue connectivityReal-time market-data processingSystem performance, resiliency and production supportWhat we're looking for:8+ years of electronic or algorithmic trading technology experienceStrong hands-on Java developmentDirect SOR, execution-algorithm, OMS or EMS experienceLow-latency systems, concurrency, networking and memory managementFIX, market gateways and real-time market-data feedsLinux and performance-profiling experienceExperience partnering directly with traders and business stakeholdersExperience with institutional crypto, FX, market making, internalization or crossing networks is especially valuable.This is not a general blockchain-engineering position. xhyhwjd The core requirement is hands-on ownership of institutional execution, routing or electronic-trading technology. 81 North
