Warehouse Associate

Xpand Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated  Warehouse Associates to join a growing team in  Nashville, TN . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable, full-time employment with long-term growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Forklift experience is a plus but not required
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
