This position is fully remote out of the Framingham, Massachusetts office; however, the candidate may be asked to come into the office for certain periodic incidences — for example, quarterly meetings and yearly summits. The position requires supporting EST normal business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting daily monitoring of cargo security overseas shipping locationsMonitoring and reporting on cargo security audit statuses, communications, and resultsIdentifying and incorporating current and new shipping locations across a network of 50 countries into the risk assessment systemUpdating weekly/monthly/quarterly readouts on overall program statusAssisting with material creation on minimum security criteria requirementsHelping with program initiatives, such as creating and updating self-assessmentsSupporting risk assessment processes and procedures including business partner denied party screeningMonitoring incoming emails for troubleshooting, research, and resolutionRuns reporting, summarizes, and tracks program statusSupports meeting content, notes, action items, and templatesCorresponding with third-party and internal associates on programMonitor dashboards in system, creates analysis, and communicates highlightsBack-up support for area; supports the implementation of new processesSpecial projects and any support of each team as needed or requestedPerforms other duties as the need arisesRequired SkillsExperience in a corporate settingAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processesProficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS TeamsAdvanced knowledge of Excel using V-Lookups and Pivot TablesAbility to perform online researchWillingness to learn, take direction well, and being a team playerFlexibility and positive attitudeExcellent written communication skills, with clear and concise drafting skills and attention to detailHighly organized and capable of efficiently balancing multiple projects at the same time, setting appropriate prioritiesCritical thinking and strong communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with the CTPAT programExperience working with other government program/trade compliance settingExperience within Logistics/Loss PreventionSome experience in logistics, transportation, and customsSome college (preferred, not required)About the ClientThis Fortune 100 retailer is the world's leading off-price apparel and home fashions company, operating more than 5,200 stores across ten countries under iconic retail brands.
