Responsibilities Support managers and sales associates to ensure store success. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans. Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team to achieve KPI goals. Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge. Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for performance. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management skills, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods. Benefits Competitive pay: $14.35 - $17.95 per hour, commensurate with experience. Base salary plus bonus opportunities. 401(k) plan.
