Lead and/or participate in Internal Audit Program. Drive Food Safety Culture Initiatives. PNC/NC Investigations and Actions. Tracking and Trending Compliance metrics for site, focus on areas of opportunity. Train and Provide support for internal auditors and quarterly audits. Lead or co-lead workstreams during external audits. Provide plan and support in establishing Food safety culture at site. Back up Compliance Manager as appropriate. Ensure Plant is in audit ready state and take actions for improvement and plant engagement. Train and support the Compliance Specialist Position. You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
