Service & Retention Representative – Insurance & Financial Services

Position Overview:
As a team member for Sandra Suarez State Farm, you will be responsible for promoting our team, our insurance products, and financial services we offer to our community. Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers about renewals, coverage, and account updates while multitasking across systems and meeting daily activity goals.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote State Farm Insurance and financial products.
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information.
• Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
• Follow up on with current customers or referrals to close service to sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update database of customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
• Track call activity, retention, service to sell, and appointment scheduling.
• Support cementing customer relationships. 

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience; Insurance, banking, financial services, retail sales, real estate, or account management preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
• Thrives in a high volume, phone first role and multitask confidently without losing accuracy.
• Resilient with rejection, doesn't get rattled by a “no” and moves to the next call with the same energy and comfortable cross selling products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products in an influential way.
• Experience working toward performance goals or commission targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate referrals, and close sales.

License/Certification:

• Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Life Insurance License (Plus)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
