Key Responsibilities

As an LPN, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Monitoring patient health and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Offering support and comfort to residents and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid LPN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
