FeldCare Connects
FeldCare Connects seeks a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier home health care in the Redlands area. This Independent Contractor role focuses on adult patients across all ages, promoting independence and safety in daily living.
You will assess needs, develop treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor progress while collaborating with the care team and educating patients and families as needed.
