About Bocado Tapas Bocado Tapas is a neighborhood restaurant inspired by the flavors and social dining traditions of Spain, Mexico, and the Mediterranean. We offer bold, shareable food, thoughtfully crafted drinks, in a lively and inviting setting. Compensation Base wage of $9.00/hour plus tips. Team members are guaranteed to earn at least $15.00/hour in accordance with applicable wage laws, with the opportunity to earn more based on gratuities. Duties Provide genuine, high-quality hospitality in a timely manner Help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for Support servers, bartenders, and other team members throughout service Deliver food to the appropriate tables and clearly announce each dish Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables Refill water and assist with other guest needs as requested Stock and maintain server stations, the bar, and other service areas Transition between food runner and busser responsibilities based on service and guest needs Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures Maintain an energetic, professional, and positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members Perform other duties as assigned Requirements A passion for hospitality and creating an excellent dining experience Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills A positive, dependable, and self-motivated attitude Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift more than 30 pounds We strive to embrace what makes each one of us unique; we each have our own story, and there is only one YOU.
