Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license (Ohio)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based settings highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy sessions for students individually and in groups
• Document student progress, maintain thorough and timely records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student success
• Offer guidance on augmentative and alternative communication when appropriate
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field
