Korean Bilingual System Admin & Service DeskResponsibilities:Service Desk & Customer SupportSystem Administration (Jira/MSP+/Web Systems)Data Analysis (Excel/KPI/Reporting)AI-Driven Automation & AI-assisted DevelopmentContinuous Process Improvement (Agile Mindset) on QA/System failure issuesPerform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including User and access managementSystem configuration: Workflow and process maintenance, Issue investigation and escalationAbility to leverage prompt engineering techniques to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:Service Desk / Help Desk OperationsIT Operations or Application SupportSystem AdministrationExperience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.Special Skills & QualificationsExperience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding"), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologies.Why work at BTI?We’re committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
