Equipment Operator - Parshall, ND

D&L Construction Inc. located near Parshall, ND is looking for experienced heavy equipment operators to join our crew. We are looking to hire immediately, and pay is based on experience.

Equipment:

• skid steer & many attachments
• backhoe
• loader
• blade
• excavator
• dozer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it
• Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order
• Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly
• Completing minor repair work as needed

*An employee may be asked to perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of operating experience.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment machinery.
• Expected to operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Valid Driver's License. (Class A is a PLUS!)
• Must be able to pass a background & drug screen.
• Strong work ethic.
