Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives. Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available. Full‑time instructors may have variable hours. Minimum Age: 16 years. Housing Availability: Yes. Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons. Work with guests of all ages and abilities. Deliver world‑class guest service. Create a safe and fun learning environment. Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent. Fluently communicate in English. Willing to work with guests of all ages and comfortable with children 3+ years old. Willing to work weekends/holidays and meet scheduling requirements. Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards.
