Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Join a nation-wide primary care organization focused on the geriatric population. We are seeking advanced practice providers for our South Carolina locations.

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends)

• Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day once fully ramped up
• Patient Demographics: Primarily Medicare (over age 65) with some Medicaid (up to 25% under age 65)
• Collaborative Care Team: Includes 1 MD, APP, Scribe, MA, and shared RN/Social Work support
• Specialty Support: Partnership with an outside telemedicine company for quick specialist consultations
• Technology: EPIC EMR managed by scribes, advanced algorithm for patient visit predictions
• Call Schedule: Rotated amongst the market, on average 1 week every 3 months, with call center support for limited and remote calls

Position Details

This is a full-time permanent position with a 4-6 week orientation/training period. Benefits include stock options, extensive PTO, large CME stipend, malpractice coverage, and 401k with match available from day one.

Requirements

• Board Certification Required
• SC State License Required
• Training in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics
• Previous primary care or skilled nursing facility/nursing home experience preferred, but not required
