Client Manager - P&C Insurance

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for clients and walk-ins, providing prompt and professional service with a professional appearance and demeanor. Clerical duties including answering phones, sending and collecting mail and scheduling appointments. Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials including taking photos of properties. Account maintenance and customer service including processing payments and printing ID cards. Assist with ensuring the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, maintain and organize digital files. Assist with renewals and requotes as needed. Daily checks of carrier websites for endorsements processed, cancellations pending, payments due and other policy retention matters. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred Complete required licensing and stay current with training and product updates. Basic understanding of Property & Casualty insurance concepts Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills and relationship-management abilities Experience in insurance or agriculture industries preferred Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Agency Management Systems is a plus Additional Information Please see our company Benefits: Life Insurance and AD&D
