What You'll Do

• Analyze and consolidate marketing and customer data to deliver clear, actionable insights
• Support growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, engagement, retention)
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer key business questions and support real-time decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and leadership teams
• Translate complex data into simple, compelling recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or similar role
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas required; VBA/SQL/R is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
