Job Summary:

We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence.

Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision and warmth, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. This role supports the resort’s mission of connection and elevated hospitality through exceptional service and attention to detail. 

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $13.50/hr
  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type: Year Round
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to brand standards
  
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar throughout the shift
  
• Engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  
• Support team operations and assist with inventory and restocking
  
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of previous bartending experience required
  
• Desire to learn and grow in a luxury hospitality setting
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. 

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $13.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
