You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers and our community.## Benefits* **Flexible Schedule Available*** **C****losed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & Friends*** **Weekly Lunches Provided*** **401k/Full Benefits*** **32 hour work week- split days*** **Vehicle provided**## Hiring Locations### Olathe13770 West 135th StreetOlathe, Kansas 66062View Shop Details## Responsibilities* Drive guests to/from home or work in our branded shuttle provided during shop work hours.* Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes* Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests* Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers* Keeps a timely shuttle route* Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles* Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed* Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance* Keep the facility clean and organized* Follow all safety policies and procedures* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications* Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers* Valid state driver's license* Meet required insurance driving record parameters* Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (*we work hard but like to have fun doing it*)!* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software## Physical Requirements* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear* The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus* Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday with split time## Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
