Enter and verify shipment information, including order numbers, quantities, addresses, carrier information, and tracking details. Generate shipping labels, shipment documentation, and required system transactions. Process deliveries and inventory movements in SAP. Coordinate shipments with carriers and internal departments Check in and process incoming packages through the induction area. Scan, identify, and route parts to the appropriate location or processing area. Support daily shipping and receiving operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety, security, and shipping procedures. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Inventory management experience Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred Experience using SAP for shipping, inventory, delivery, or warehouse transactions. Experience using third-party shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, or similar carrier platforms. Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy. Ability to identify and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies. Qualifications We Prefer Previous induction or check-in experience is a plus. Forklift or other material-handling equipment certification is a plus.
