RV F&I Manager

Business Manager – F&I | RCD RV | Heath, OH RCD RV is looking for an experienced, motivated Business Manager to join our team at our Heath, Ohio location. For more than 50 years, RCD RV has been a family-owned and operated dealership built on relationships, exceptional service, and a commitment to doing business the right way. As our Business Manager , you will play a critical role in the customer purchase experience and dealership profitability. You'll work closely with customers, sales, service, delivery teams, and lending partners to make the financing and closing process clear, professional, compliant, and customer-focused. What You'll Do Drive F&I profitability through financing and aftermarket product sales. Present financing options and aftermarket products using a professional, customer-focused F&I process. Utilize menu presentations and effectively present products to every eligible customer. Identify opportunities to convert cash buyers into financing customers . Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and indirect lending partners. Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure every customer is properly turned over to F&I. Explain financing, contracts, disclosures, registration requirements, and aftermarket products clearly and accurately. Ensure all F&I paperwork is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, lender requirements, and RCD RV policies. Maintain strong communication with Sales, Service, Parts, and Delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with the service and delivery teams to help ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on schedule. Stay current on F&I products, lending programs, compliance requirements, and sales techniques. Participate in dealership training, events, RV shows, promotions, and other company initiatives. Continuously look for ways to improve the F&I process, customer experience, and dealership results.
