Commercial Lines Account Manager

Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional with a passion for client service and marketing? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients and producers. This is a dynamic role where you’ll manage commercial accounts, prepare submissions, negotiate with carriers, and ensure clients have the right coverage in place. What You’ll Do Manage client accounts with professionalism and accuracy. Prepare insurance applications, supplemental documentation, and client proposals. Negotiate carrier quotes and coordinate binding of coverage. Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and billing. Maintain records in the agency management system with precision. Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and underwriters to deliver outstanding service. Qualifications College degree or 2–3 years of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred). Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems. Strong ability to read and interpret insurance policies.
