Physical Therapist (PT) - Mobile Outpatient

Job Summary Full‑time Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in patients’ homes or independent living facilities. Exclusive employee discounts and PowerZone recognition. Responsibilities Provide outpatient rehabilitation in patients’ homes or independent living facilities. Evaluate, develop, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs. Educate and train patients and caregivers on skills and safety. Supervise PT Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel. Maintain accurate clinical and billing documentation. Attend patient care conferences and staff meetings. Make referrals to other disciplines and agencies. Collaborate with rehabilitation team to design therapeutic regimens. Adapt program and plan of care as needed. Promote a safe environment, order supplies, and maintain equipment. Conduct screenings, physical exams, and interpret findings to establish diagnosis. Design treatment goals, implement plans, and complete related documentation. Deliver therapeutic exercises (aerobic, balance, strength, etc.) and manual therapy. Use modalities, airway clearance, integumentary care, and health education. Assess home and community mobility and recommend safe mobility strategies. Design, fabricate, fit, and train patients on adaptive devices. Perform routine reexaminations and modify treatment plans. Incorporate health and wellness programming into patient plans. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in one or more states of practice or proof of license eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent degree plus Bachelor’s, or Bachelor’s with 5 years of progressive PT experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Valid driver’s license or reliable independent transportation. Compensation Salary range: USD $79,000–$110,000 per year. Bonus: USD $5,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
