As a Territory Sales Representative, you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. Key Responsibilities • Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory • Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy • Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff • Consistently apply training and coaching in the field • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals • Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership • Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree required • 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing) • A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales • Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed • Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly • High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan • Willingness to travel extensively within territory • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Pharmaceutical experience is not required—drive, attitude, and willingness to learn are.
