Inspector - Level 2, 1st shift

Job Description As an Inspector Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products within the Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Aerospace. You will be responsible for performing detailed inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring that all components meet Honeywell's stringent quality standards. Location: Lansdale, PA (on-site) Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Document inspection results and report any non-conformances or defects to the appropriate teams for corrective action. Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in quality inspection within aerospace or manufacturing supply chain environments. Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and aerospace industry regulations. Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment to measure and verify product specifications. Ability to accurately document findings and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance requirements specific to aerospace supply chains. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field. At least three (3) years of experience in aerospace quality inspection or integrated supply chain roles. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations. Experience with quality documentation software and ERP systems.
