Securities Services Technology Business Manager - Vice President

As a Vice President in the Securities Services Technology Business Management team, you will partner with senior technology leaders and the Executive Director responsible for Infrastructure, AI & Technology Strategy. You will drive financial, operational, and strategic agendas across technology infrastructure, AI adoption, and technology economics. This role sits at the intersection of business management, technology strategy, and investment governance, ensuring investments and initiatives are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. You will support the development of technology economics discipline, providing transparency and actionable insights to improve decision-making and drive optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with senior technology leaders to support strategic priorities across Infrastructure, AI, Vendor Management, and Technology Strategy
• Contribute to business management frameworks, operating reviews, OKRs, and KPIs supporting execution against strategic objectives
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and investment governance activities across technology portfolios
• Develop strategic analyses, business cases, and executive materials for investment decisions and transformation initiatives
• Lead business management activities for infrastructure investment planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Develop transparency into infrastructure consumption, technology unit economics, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities
• Analyze infrastructure demand trends and provide recommendations to improve investment efficiency
• Support governance and financial management of AI-related investments, including tracking and reporting on AI token consumption and adoption trends
• Help establish technology economics frameworks to improve visibility into investment performance, utilization, and value delivery
• Develop executive-level reporting and analysis covering infrastructure economics, AI investments, technology financials, and strategic initiatives
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve business management processes, reporting quality, and planning effectiveness

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Technology Strategy, Technology COO, Operations, or related discipline
• Experience supporting technology organizations, infrastructure portfolios, or large-scale technology investment programs
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting experience
• Proven ability to perform complex quantitative and strategic analysis using large data sets
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Business organizations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated success operating within a large, matrixed global environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience within Securities Services, Custody, Asset Servicing, Transaction Banking, Payments, or Markets Technology
• Experience supporting infrastructure economics, cloud financial management, platform modernization, or FinOps initiatives
• Experience with AI governance, token consumption management, productivity measurement, or value realization programs
• Experience supporting strategic planning, investment governance, or technology transformation initiatives
• Experience working within Technology Business Management (TBM) or technology finance functions
