We're looking for experienced Bartenderswho know how to connect with people, work efficiently in a high-volume environment, and take pride in providing outstanding service. Whether you're serving a family enjoying a night out, a group celebrating a birthday, or guests gathering at the bar, you'll help make their experience memorable. What You’ll Do Welcome and engage guests with friendly, attentive service Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about beverage offerings Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and company policies Monitor guest alcohol consumption and serve responsibly Process transactions and maintain accurate cash and payment handling Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and guest-ready Complete opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning responsibilities Maintain appropriate levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and supplies Follow recipes, portion standards, food safety, and sanitation requirements Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and special requests Who We’re Looking For Must be at least 21 years old Previous bartending experience required Exemplary guest service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests Able to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common cocktails Strong attention to detail and responsible alcohol-service practices Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to multitask and remain organized during busy periods Comfortable handling cash and POS transactions Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Spanish-speaking ability is a plus What You’ll Get Hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Free meal every shift Employee discounts on food, attractions, and parties A fun, fast-paced, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement What Success Looks Like Our Bartenders are more than drink makers.
