Pay is $21.63 - $28.85 per hour 15 Days PTO Full Benefits Package with 401k Stable, growing company Career growth opportunities Fast-paced operations environment Full-Time Onsite Position in Chester, NY What You'll Do Support daily hauling and transportation operations Communicate with drivers, helpers, dispatch, and management Enter and maintain route, mileage, fuel, productivity, and driver data Process route sheets, work orders, DVIRs, tickets, and compliance documentation Assist with customer service issues and route updates Prepare reports, maintain records, and support audits and regulatory requirements Organize operational paperwork and maintain filing systems Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and operational communications Opportunity to learn dispatch functions and grow within operations Other duties as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of administrative or operations support experience Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams skills Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities High attention to detail and data-entry accuracy Transportation, logistics, trucking, fleet, or waste industry experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety documentation is a plus If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a busy operations environment, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything organized and on track, we’d love to hear from you.
