Summary Deliver exceptional, personalized luxury service as a Fashion Expert, curating client experiences and styling to represent the Maison. Develop and maintain meaningful client relationships while achieving individual and boutique sales goals. Support boutique operations, visual standards, and after-sales care while collaborating with the team. Responsibilities Create elevated, bespoke client experiences that reflect the brand's heritage and creativity. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to store performance. Build and nurture a strong client portfolio through personalized outreach and clienteling tools. Act as a brand ambassador through styling, storytelling, and deep product knowledge. Support special requests including bespoke orders, repairs, and after-sales care. Maintain visual and operational standards in partnership with management and Visual Merchandising. Collaborate with the team and contribute to onboarding and development of new staff. Utilize POS and digital tools accurately and support stock management and store procedures. Requirements Passion for fashion, creativity, and the arts with strong storytelling ability.
