Director of Rehab / Rehab Director COTA or SLP


Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, SLP) to join our Houghton Lake, MI Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.


Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a (PTA, COTA or OT)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
