Interview, evaluate, and place qualified candidates while maintaining legal compliance and company standards.Complete pre-employment screening, testing, and documentation accurately and efficiently.Build strong relationships with clients and associates through ongoing communication, quality assurance, and issue resolution.Support business growth through candidate marketing, collaboration with sales teams, and effective workforce management, including coaching and disciplinary actions when neededStaffing Recruiter Qualifications:Experience in a forward-facing customer service role.Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.Excellent computer skills including proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
