We are world-class.Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PMPay: $22.00 - $25.00/hourResponsibilities:Accurately read and interpret customer requirements on pick list notes to process outgoing orders, ensuring correct quantity, material, and destinationPerform cycle counts to verify order accuracy after pickingPackage resale items according to pick list instructionsPrepare, verify, and include all required shipping documentation in compliance with customer and U.S. Customs requirementsSubmit completed daily pick lists and required shipping paperwork to the Accounting Department for customer invoicing and indexingMaintain accurate inventory of resale items, ensuring proper location and adherence to first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory proceduresUnload incoming materials; reconcile bills of lading, verify received materials and quantities against purchase orders, label all parts with accurate counts, and enter received materials into the ERP systemInspect incoming materials, segregate damaged items as necessary and initiate non-conformance process with the Quality DepartmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area through routine housekeeping activitiesSafely and efficiently operate material-handling equipment to pick orders and load/unload trucksAdhere to all safety, security and operational procedures
