California HR Generalist: Onboarding & Compliance
Comrise
Comrise is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding and offboarding, verify I-9s, and handle employee inquiries about policies and benefits in California. You will support payroll, leave administration, and worker’s compensation coordination while maintaining compliant HR records. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of CA labor laws, and experience with HRIS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
