• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (RETAIL) position.
• Address : 285 Old Westport Road, North Dartmouth, MA 02747.  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Ability to work AM and PM shifts, including some holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : 2 years of prior supervisory experience or similar role; retail experience is preferred.
• Pay Range:  $23.50 per hour to $24.50 per hour.

Job Summary

• Provides training and creates work schedules.
• Evaluates the performance of workers, rewards high performers and disciplines associates who fail to meet reasonable standards of performance.
• Prepares production or sales reports for management; ensures unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for associates with complaints or requests for time off.
• Acts as a mentor, develop employees and encouraging associates to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). Any such periods during which you do not perform work on the Company’s behalf may be unpaid and deemed a temporary layoff.
