Job Description

Join the Mezze Street Kitchen Team as a Market Crew Member!

Are you passionate about great food and exceptional customer service? Mezze Street Kitchen, a Lebanese food truck turned market and kitchen, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Market Crew Members. If you’re ready to be part of a growing local business that combines authentic Lebanese cuisine with Kentucky hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

Mezze Street Kitchen is more than just a food truck—it’s a celebration of Lebanese flavors and culture. Owned by Marc McCoy, a Lebanese-born U.S. Army veteran, our menu features the dishes Marc grew up with, like shawarma, kefta, falafel, and knafeh. This October, we’re opening our first market and kitchen at 5010 Wildcat Way, offering Lebanese and Middle Eastern groceries, ready-to-go meals, and drinks, with our food truck serving fresh dishes out back.

We’re a small, local business with big dreams, and we’re looking for team members who share our love for good food and great service.

As a Market Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with purchases and providing excellent service.
• Stocking shelves with groceries and maintaining a clean, organized market.
• Preparing and packaging ready-to-go meals and drinks.
• Supporting the food truck team with tasks as needed.
• Being a friendly and knowledgeable ambassador for Mezze Street Kitchen.

We’re not just hiring skills—we’re hiring people who share our values. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and a passion for great food.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and work ethic!

At Mezze Street Kitchen, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values community, culture, and quality. As a small, growing business, we offer the chance to make a real impact and grow alongside us. If you care about good food and treating customers right, this is the place for you.

If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you! Join Mezze Street Kitchen and be part of bringing authentic Lebanese flavors to Owensboro. Apply today and let’s grow together!
