Your expertise will be essential in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Successful candidates must hold an active Colorado Department of Education license and SLP license, along with ASHA CCC certification.
Key Qualifications:
- Colorado Department of Education license and current Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create individualized education plans and document progress reports.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
