Business Development Representative

Business Developer / BDR - Texas Two Openings: Conroe, TX & Tyler, TX Full-Time | Hybrid / Field-Based We are recruiting for two Business Developer/BDR opportunities in Conroe and Tyler, Texas . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, getting in front of decision-makers, and turning new conversations into new business. This is not a desk-only sales position . The ideal candidate is comfortable being in the field, making outbound calls, conducting face-to-face prospecting, networking within the local business community, and managing an active territory. What You’ll Do Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and face-to-face visits. Build relationships with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers. Identify prospective client needs and present appropriate workforce and business solutions. Manage the sales process from initial outreach through qualification and handoff. Develop and execute a structured territory and pipeline strategy. Maintain consistent follow-up with high-potential prospects. Conduct strategic appointments with prospective clients. Maintain accurate sales activity, prospect information, and next steps within the CRM. Stay informed about local labor-market and business trends. Build relationships within the local business community through networking and professional organizations. Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience. Strong prospecting and new-business-development skills. Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative-selling skills. Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals. Ability to independently manage a local sales territory and pipeline. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned local territory. Comfortable working in a highly active, field-based sales environment. Staffing or workforce-solutions experience is a plus, but not required. Available Locations Conroe, TX 77303 - Hybrid / Field-Based Tyler, TX 75703 - Hybrid / Field-Based Candidates must be able to work within one of these local territories.
