WHAT YOU’LL DO: This hybrid role combines surgical assisting with relationship-building and community outreach. Clinical (Primary Focus): Assist surgeon chairside during oral surgery procedures with precision Maintain sterile technique and prepare treatment rooms Monitor patients and support safe, efficient procedures Document care accurately and manage surgical instruments Deliver a calm, confident, and compassionate patient experience Practice Relations, Marketing & Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices in the Issaquah and surrounding communities Conduct local office visits and drop-ins to maintain consistent presence while representing the practice with professionalism, energy, and purpose Coordinate and support Lunch & Learns, events, and referral engagement Capture content to support social media efforts and assist with local marketing strategies Track outreach activities, referral insights, and opportunities WHAT YOU BRING: Active RDA license (WA) + radiology certification BLS certification (or within 1 month of hire) Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Self-starter mindset with strong organization and time management Valid driver’s license for local travel Preferred: Oral surgery experience, DAANCE, sedation experience, or marketing/event exposure WHAT WE OFFER: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with Company Match Short/Long-Term Disability + EAP Mileage reimbursement for outreach Competitive Pay, Bonus potential, and career growth opportunities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
