Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as the physician’s plan of treatment. The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager. Registered Nurse (RN) performs medication administration and treatments per POC. Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA. Valid BLS Certification (CPR). Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
