Financial Planning Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and driven FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial planning and analysis for our growing hospitality operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making and looking to build a long-term career in a collaborative, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive teams. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages. Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A or related financial roles. (Internships can be included.) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Hospitality, retail, or restaurant industry experience is a bonus but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
